General Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation: Gottman Premium Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
Effective Date of Cancellation: The cancellation will be effective immediately upon processing your request.
Cancellation Fee: You may choose to cancel your subscription anytime. However, this is an annual subscription - if you choose to cancel before your year is up, at the time of cancellation, you will be charged a one-time cancellation fee equal to the value of one month of your subscription which will be used to cover administrative and live event speaker costs.
Immediate Charge: This cancellation fee will be processed at the time of your cancellation request and will be charged to the payment method on file.
